    The 20th Business Plan Meeting of Three Companies was Held in Dalian

    On the afternoon of July 28, the 20th Business Plan Meeting of Three Companies was held in Dalian. Attending the meeting were Mr. Gu Zhongdong, Chairman and Party Committee Secretary of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry; Mr. Ogino Takamas, Head of the Marine & Offshore Division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries; Mr. Gao Yongqiang, President and Party Committee Secretary of NACKS; Mr. Junji Maeda, Senior Vice President of NACKS; as well as other directors of the Company. 

    The meeting reviewed and approved the Company’s work summary for the first half of 2025, the work plan for the second half of the year, business plan proposals, and the 2025 fixed asset investment plan (mid-year adjustment). Explanations on relevant matters were also presented.

    The meeting expressed high recognition of the Company’s achievements in production and operations during the first half of the year, especially in the areas of safety performance, just-in-time production, digital operations, and intelligent manufacturing. It encouraged the Company to further summarize advanced experiences and solidify its lean management models and outcomes.

    The meeting expressed the hope that the Company would actively respond to the current complex and volatile market environment, adhere to stable operations, continuously strengthen its core competitiveness and risk resistance capabilities, accelerate the construction of a green and environmentally friendly "flagship-level" smart factory, and maintain its leading position in the industry. Meanwhile, by leveraging the opportunity of the "30th Anniversary Science & Innovation Achievements Symposium," the Company is encouraged to plan and prepare a series of activities to collectively explore new pathways for high-quality and sustainable development, thereby making new and greater contributions to the growth of both shareholders.

    Representatives from COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and NACKS attended the meeting.
