Mr. Gao Yongqiang, President of NACKS and Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Junji Maeda, Senior Vice President of NACKS, and Mr. Shogo Matsui, Vice President of NACKS, reported in detail on the companys production and operation, as well as the progress of MES system.

Mr. Yasuhiko Hashimoto commended the company’s accomplishments in business operations, order management and delivery, ship type research and development, intelligent transformation and digitalization, as well as quality assurance and safety works. He emphasized that NACKS serves as a successful model of Sino-Japanese joint ventures. Through the joint efforts of the management teams and all employees from both sides over the years, NACKS has made remarkable achievements. At the same time, he encouraged NACKS to actively embrace the global trend of AI application, concentrating on intelligent transformation and digitalization, while further broadening the scope of intelligent production lines and robotic equipment applications. By promoting intelligence, greening and digitalization, the company can enhance shipbuilding production efficiency and quality in a synergistic manner, thereby establishing core competitiveness for its high-quality and sustainable development in the future.

During the investigation, Mr. Yasuhiko Hashimoto also visited the company’s production site. Mr. Keigo Imamura, Director of Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Chairman of NACKS, relevant leaders from KHI, as well as the management teams from both Chinese and Japanese sides of NACKS, participated in the activity.
